從 php5 網管實驗室 看到的好物，由於是用 socket 的方式來寄信，所以主機就算沒有架設 SMTP 也可以寄，但前提是要有一台可以讓你 relay 的機器。

先 copy 下面這段程式碼儲存成 phpbb-smtp.php
